Happy Tuesday guys! It’s an extraordinary time the world is passing through right now. Small businesses are struggling, the economy is falling, and those who are unemployed (myself included) are having no luck in attaining a job anytime soon. With that being said, it’s a wonderful time to focus on self care and self love. Since being unemployed i’ve literally been practicing self-isolation for at least the last 2 months already. Though, now I feel better about not getting out of the house because of the time we have to work on ourselves, as well as keeping ourself and others safe (although i’m yet to find out if my classes at uni will transition fully online). Therefore, i’ve created a list of 40 self care ideas you can do at home. Keep safe, everyone.
